 AM Steve O'Connell is infamous for being the most overpaid councillor in the country. Not content with his three jobs, I note with interest that he has been moonlighting as Bargemaster on the Royal Barge. Today he was attending to the Queen, no less, for the River Pageant Diamond Jubilee celebrations. Good on yer Steve!
